What’s better?

There are experiences and circumstances I dislike. Should I accept them in order to learn? Should I change them in order to be more deliberate in my life? Does it really matter if I make a decision or not? This is what came about after meditating on these questions:

“Every situation can be seen from a positive, negative or neutral perspective. Every single experience can bring confusion and clarity. You, me and all the rest can be seen as independent, interdependent or one.

Transforming a perspective into a belief resists all the others, think of asceticism and self-flagellation as methods for spiritual discovery.
Denying reality, as a personal and individual experience, is as delusional as making war in the name of peace.

Judging my reality as superior or inferior to the reality of others ignores the possibility that every personal way of experiencing life offers growth.

That’s why learning to say yes or no to different circumstances contributes to a progressively more deliberate creation of personal reality.

Empowerment means I am confident that I can decide and face the consequences of my decision”
