This video is an intro to my new online training course. Developing a Sense of Purpose will help you stay aligned with your values and emotions and will aid your decision-making process to keep yourself confident, creative, and energized. Let me tell you how.

All of us dream of life without struggle, we like challenges, but we dislike feeling powerless in front of the circumstances.

When things go wrong, we lose our sense of confidence, and when similar situations repeat, we start to believe that there is something against us, or even worse, we begin to think we are the problem. The emotions that come from such a mindset can be overwhelming.

When I start feeling anxious or depressed, I stop. Then I ask myself three questions:

  1. What’s the source of the problem I’m perceiving?
  2. What are my emotions trying to tell me?
  3. How do I return to a peaceful mindset?

I know that fast and superficial answers will not help. After digging, there is one more question that kicks away any negative emotion that is lingering:

Am I aligned with my life purpose?

My Sense of Purpose is the constant alignment of my actions and emotions. The intention is to achieve a mindset that enables me to be the best version of myself every day.

If you manage to be at your best every day, would you be closer or farther from achieving your goals?

Now you probably start getting to see clearly that your Sense of Purpose is critical for living a life of achievement and satisfaction.

Join the program; I’ll share with you some concepts, ideas, and methodologies for identifying your life purpose, your core values, and to design a daily routine that will ensure you get enough time for what really matters to you.
